Abid Hussain has been a music maker for more than 30 years. He has created and released more than 275 songs spanning 14 albums, in a wide variety of genres, including alt-rock and electronic dance music. He has been an Ableton Certified Trainer since 2011 and teaches a year-long class on digital music production at the University of New Orleans.

Abid Hussain has also been practicing law for 17 years, focusing on commercial transactions and litigation. Prior to that, he was a tech nerd, working at Internet and software companies for eight years. Abid represents businesses, tech companies, crypto companies, and nonprofits with various business and corporate law matters, including trademarks and copyrights. Abid holds board positions with the Solos and Small Firms and Intellectual Property Sections of the LSBA. He also participates as a hearing committee member at the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board.
