Dorian Francis
Dorian Francis was appointed as the Production Manager of Gechar, Inc in 2009. Clients include BET and The ESSENCE Festival, where he manages the ESSENCE Empowerment Experience. He served as the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival Talent Packet Coordinator Director/R&B consultant before this. Dorian also served as Program Director for NOSACONN, a non-profit organization that services inner-city youth in New Orleans. Then Dorian went on to become the Career Launch Coordinator at the Job 1 Youth Center. Now he's currently serving as a Multi-Media Specialist at WDSU TV!
