Many know Brittney as a jack of all trades/hustler because of her unique road into the entertainment industry. She fearlessly created opportunities for herself by refining her knowledge of the music industry through extensive research and keeping up with current laws and industry standards, networking with the industry’s heavy-hitters, and taking leaps of faith that got her to where she is today. Most of her prominent, award-winning clients are in the music industry’s #1 genre of rap music. Her expertise is in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing recording agreements, music publishing agreements, producer agreements, side artist agreements, and many other types of agreements. In addition to running her own firm, Brittney has been on the executive council board of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports law section of the Florida Bar for many years. She also participates in the Kozyak Minority Mentoring Foundation by attending networking and mentoring events for current law students. Fun fact; she also has been attending Cutting Edge Music Conference since she was a law student and now enjoys speaking on their CLE panels.
