Acknowledged for his leadership acumen, Christopher assumed the presidency of JHRTS (Junior Hollywood Radio and TV Society), a testament to his industry respect and leadership skills.
Venturing into management, he collaborated with seasoned professionals at The Gotham Group and explored the intricacies of Business Affairs at Paramount Television, mastering negotiation strategies and diverse deal structures.
Transitioning from Paramount, Christopher co-founded Pocky Way with his spouse, TV Producer Ashley Charbonnet-Brown. Together, they built an esteemed production venture.
Reconnecting with his former mentor and music agent supervisor, Pete Anderson, Christopher played a pivotal role in catalyzing the establishment of ETP Agency. Since its inception, ETP Agency has thrived, proudly representing a diverse roster of 68 clients, and nurturing a team of dedicated and enterprising individuals. Christopher’s unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence remains a driving force for continued growth and success in the ever-evolving entertainment industry. Recently, he signed New Orleans hip hop legends, Juvenile and Mannie Fresh to ETP Agency.
