Jessica Kaye holds both a Law Degree and a Masters Degree in Business. After several years in the private practice of law, Ms. Kaye became Vice President of Business Affairs for Dove Entertainment. Jessica Kaye holds both a Law Degree and a Masters Degree in Business. After several years in the private practice of law, Ms. Kaye became Vice President of Business Affairs for Dove Entertainment. There she worked on both television and feature film projects as well as publishing contracts.
She later founded The Publishing Mills, an audio publishing company that published approximately 200 titles. Ms. Kaye has produced three Grammy Award nominated works, including the Grammy Award-winning Best Comedy Recording, Crank Calls by Jonathan Winters.
She has served as President of the Audio Publishers Association and as a member of the Board of Governors for the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Academy for Recording Arts & Sciences, West. She is the founder of Big Happy Family, LLC, a digital distribution company for audio programming. She was the creator and editor of, and a contributor to, the short story anthology Meeting Across the River (Bloomsbury, 2005).
Ms. Kaye is admitted to the practice of law in both California and Connecticut.
