Peter is a Florida Bar Certified Expert in Intellectual Property and a Registered Patent Attorney. He concentrates his practice in IP portfolio management, major claims and high stakes intellectual property litigation. His celebrity clients have been featured in Fortune™, Today™, Shark Tank™, Oprah™’s favorite things, E!™ , NYC Fashion Week™, American Idol™, Vogue™, Extra™, MTV™ and other mainstream and specialty media outlets. His past clients include world renown artists, musicians, entertainers, toy makers and publishers. Prior to becoming a lawyer Peter worked in the edutainment industry as a Chief Executive Officer of a New York-based software publishing company.  He also worked at Sunburst Communications that during Peter’s tenure became Sunburst Technology which merged with Houghton Mifflin Interactive and Vivendi Universal. Peter contributed to hundreds of major internationally published software titles, including multimillion dollar sellers and SIIA Codie Award winners. When he is not in court or reading and writing legal opinions, he enjoys the outdoors and time with his family. He loves live music and most things on two wheels.
