Scott currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at Soundscape VR, Professor at Georgia State University, Partner at Keniley-Kumar, LLC (Entertainment Law), Academic Chairman to North American Law Summit (Entertainment, Sports & IP) and frequent lecturer on entertainment topics. Scott has provided transactional and litigation representation to an array of clients, including, but not limited to, music technology companies, platinum and Grammy awarded talent, hall of fame and champion athletes, Internet Service Providers (ISP), video game creators and a collective of liquor, gambling, media, apparel and other lifestyle companies. Scott formerly served as General Counsel to a publicly traded entertainment company, criminal court judge, Professor at SAE Institute and non-profit board member (Recording Academy, Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, Louisville Music Alliance and Southern Entertainment & Art Law Center).
